Art Block website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. All prices are in New Zealand dollars, inclusive GST and exclusive postal or courier charges.
2. Payment. We accept either Visa or Mastercard, or Bank Transfer. All charges are made in New Zealand dollars.
3. Credit card confidentiality. Confidentiality is assured. We do not pass your data on to other people. ArtBlock.co.nz is hosted on a secure server. This means that your credit card details are protected during the checkout process.
4. Refunds. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Art Block Ltd.
5. These Terms and Conditions may be varied by Art Block Ltd at any time by giving 14 days notice of such changes by notices on our website.
6. Copyright. All rights and properties are reserved. No content from this website can be copied, saved and/or be distributed without written authorization from Art Block Limited.
